SAL ALTAVILLA

FOUNDER & PRESIDENT

Sal Graduated from Iona College with a degree in Corporate Finance & Accounting. After serving in the U.S. Army he began his 45 year career in the office equipment industry. Sal founded Advanced Office Technology on June 2, 1984 in a 600 sq. ft. building on Main St. in Brewster, N.Y. Today Advanced has offices in New York and Connecticut and just the supply warehouse is 6,600 sq. ft. The success of the company is predicated on two very simple philosophies – “Treat your customers the way you want to be treated“ and “The customer is always right“

Bob Altavilla of Advanced Office Technology

BOB ALTAVILLA

VICE PRESIDENT / OPERATIONS

Bob has been with the company for 28 years. He is a graduate of Roger Williams University with a B.A. in Business Administration and Accounting. Bob started as a technician and gradually moved on to computers and networking and along the way became a Microsoft Certified Professional. Bob now runs the Information Technology department as well as the in-house operations. He constantly strives to bring organization, efficiency and planning to the company.

Bob is married to Liz and has two sons, Robert and Benjamin. They love to ski in the wintertime and go camping in the summer.

Al Lupi - Advanced Office Technology Service Manager

SERVICE MANAGER

Al has been with Advanced for almost 20 years. He is an expert at every facet of the service operation. His dedication and work ethic are unmatched. He normally begins his workday at 6:30 and ends his day when every customer has been satisfied. His service team is well trained and highly motivated.

Al has been married to Dina for 11 years and has 2 children, Nicholas & Madison.

Alison Scuderi

ALISON SCUDERI

OFFICE MANAGER

Alison started with Advanced in July 1995 as a part time receptionist, while attending the State University of N.Y. After receiving her degree, she started full time as the accounts receivable clerk. Shortly thereafter, Alison was promoted to Office Manager. During her 24 years with the company, she has handled every part of the office operation.

Alison is now married to Robert, owns her own home and is mother to Gabriella Marie. She also is mother to two cats and a Border Collie by the name of Clover that they adopted as a rescue puppy from the devastating hurricane in Puerto Rico.

Alison would like you to know that she also loves wine and cheese.

Fran Kilgallen- Senior Service Dispatcher

FRAN KILGALLEN

SENIOR SERVICE DISPATCHER

Fran started with Advanced in 1994. During the 25 years she has been with the company she has handled every aspect of the service dispatch system and toner resupply procedure. Fran always has a smile on her face and knows almost every customer on a first name basis. At our annual customer appreciation events, Fran is always sought out by customers who have only known her by her voice.

Fran has been married to Bill for 44 years, has two sons and six grandchildren. She and her family have lived in Putnam County for over 25 years.

Ed Driscoll

ED DRISCOLL

SENIOR SERVICE TECHNICIAN

Ed Started in the office equipment business in 1985, and has been repairing copiers and teaching Tech/Trainees for almost 35 years. In the over 15 years Ed has been with Advanced Office Technology, he has helped make the company a true service powerhouse. No matter where your business is located, we repair your equipment within 4 hours.

Ed has 2 daughters and 5 grandchildren.

Bruce Schwartz

BRUCE SCHWARTZ

SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Bruce has been in the office equipment business for 41 years, and has been with Advanced for more than 20 years. Everyone knows and loves Bruce. He has lived in Mahopac for 38 years, and knows everything there is to know about Copiers, Scanners and Printers and he knows Putnam County and its people. He is a fixture at every Mahopac/Carmel Chamber of Commerce gathering.

Bruce has been married to Judy for 39 years, and has a beautiful granddaughter by the name of Zoey. His daughter Dena is due to give Bruce and Judy their first Grandson in a few weeks.

Ana Foley

ANA FOLEY

ASSISTANT OFFICE MANAGER

Ana started with Advanced in July of 2009 as our accounts receivable clerk. She was promoted to Assistant Office Manager in 2013. In the 10 years she has been with Advanced her intelligence and attention to detail have helped the company streamline the office functions and increase profitability.
Ana is mother to one son and two cats. She is also the grandmother to 2 American Bulldogs.
